Was alright the people there are great but the last person that cut my hair scrapped the **** out of my head. I have a cut in the back of my head from it and it burned like hell when ever I was done. The hair cut was just ok definitely had better.

First time in years I've ever gone to a barber shop, I believe I had Elizabeth cut my hair and she did an amazing job. I'm a groomsman in a wedding this weekend, my hair was growing long enough to become a mullet and I was ordered to get it cut. The cut looked great, she showed me a shaping creme to use, which also looks great. I paid, left, forgot the shaping cream, called back, and she was waiting for me a few steps away from the register when I returned. Very friendly ladies, friendly environment, good conversations and I 10/10 recommend for guys in desperate need of a cut. Thanks Elizabeth!

Took my son for a haircut on 12/15/2018. The haircut looked Okay when completed because of all the gel the stylist put in his hair. When he showered and the gel was removed, I could see a choppy haircut . Line of demarcation from temple to temple. Bangs were cut to the hairline. The kid likes spike his hair or comb to the side. Since it is cut to the scalp , that is impossible now. Hair around the ears was not outlined...long strands of hair were left. Haircut was not blended on top . When a stylist does a haircut , his/her name as well as the salon is attached to work done. People will ask where he got his haircut. The reply will be the stylist name and/or “Sports Clips in Eldersburg.” Perhaps Sports Clips should give the stylist some continuing education in haircutting. The stylist may have the desire to be successful but needs guidance from her peers/ salon manager. If the mistakes are not brought to the stylist attention she will continue to make the same mistakes .

The 1st time visiting was a great experience with no waiting and professional service. I used Elizabeth to cut my hair and left very happy. The 2nd time I went I waited almost 1 hour because I waited for Elizabeth again since I was so happy the 1st time but I was not impressed with the 2nd cut. I’m not sure if the quality they give you is the same as a slow day or busy day but I’m not sure I’ll return since there are so many other choices in the area. My displeasure was the fact that 1 side was cut higher and shorter than the other side and no way to fix it without going back the next day which I couldn’t. Slow or busy you should treat every customer in the same fashion and not like cattle to move them in and out.

Saturday March 24, 2018. Elizabeth cut my hair and it was the worst haircut I’ve ever had there. They always do a great job and have for years. But she just ruined my head and took 45 minutes to do it. If she is still there when I return I will have to request anyone but her.
