Everytime I go to this location, I'm never disappointed. The employees always say "Hi" when I walk in, every stylist I've had engaged in conversation with me throughout the haircut, and my haircuts are always what I wanted.

Waited 30 minutes before store opened no wait list on the board and was turned away. Tried reservation app did not work and told them as I walked in the door as first customer with four free staff standing there.. They saw me wait 30 minutes outside. Told me I will have to wait for everyone else that arrived 30 minutes later. Common sense customer service is very poor.

Have went to this location for years, always satisfied . I checked in online today, arrived at the store and my stylist Chelsea asked if she could talk to me outside, I said sure. She then told me I had gave them a bad review( I didn't even review them) She said she didn't want to cut my hair anymore and the owner didn't want my business. Wow! I said never did a review with them. Chelsea said I think you know what I am talking about. I am just blown away by this.
